BENNETT, Kenneth Burton A resident of Essex passed away peacefully with his family at his side on May 31, 2005 at the Windsor Regional Hospital-Metropolitan Campus at the age of 76. Loving husband of Myra (nee Curtis). Dear father to Arthur and Cindy, Timothy and Sheila, Jennifer and Edward Deehan, Kevin and Vivian. Proud grandfather to Kristen, Katie, Michelle, Arthur, Sarah, June, Peter, Tiffany, Tammy, Edward, Melissa, Nathan and great-grandfather to Jordon, Dylan and Sebastian. Dear brother to Jean and Mack Bower, Marion and Allen Parr. Ken was a Tool & Die maker with Canadian Engineering & Tool. He farmed in Colchester North Township and was an active life time member of St. Stephen's Church, Oldcastle. Family and friends may call at the Stewart L. Kennedy Funeral Home 128 Talbot St. N. Essex on Friday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Family and friends are asked to gather at St. Stephen's Anglican Church, 5280 Howard Avenue S., Oldcastle, on Saturday June 4, 2005 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Rev. Donald Hull and Rev. Beth Bower. Interment at St. Stephen's Anglican Church Cemetery. In kindness, memorial donations to the St. Stephen's Church Organ Fund or Windsor Regional Cancer Centre.
