QUENNEVILLE, Philippe A resident of Chatham and formerly of Stoney Pointe, Philippe U. Quenneville, passed away at Thamesview Lodge on Tuesday, June 7, 2005 at the age of 73. Born in Stoney Pointe, son of the late Rosaire (1983) and Arise (Levesque) Quenneville (1986). Beloved husband of Anne-Marie (Sylvestre) Quenneville. Papa of Adam and Natasha at home. Former spouse of Bev Ducharme. Father of Andre (Debbie), Marguerite (Ken Rivard), Monique (Gaston Bouillon), Marc (Sandy), Colette, Denis (Michelle), Anne-Marie (Denis Bacon), and Philippe Jr. (Wanda). Grandfather of 15 and great-grandfather of 1. Predeceased by grandson David Bouillon (2003). Brother of Louis (Carmen), Cecile, Sr. Marie-Anne O.S.U., Paul (Jennie), Marguerite (Joe Murtagh), Simone (Stan Balsam), Claire (Reg Pitre), Jeanne, Therese, Bernard (1995) (Irene), and Luc (1994) (Elaine). Brother-in-law of Robert (Nancy) Sylvestre, Yvonne (Roger Trudelle), Victor (Sandy) Sylvestre, Georgette (Greg St. Pierre), Rose-Anne (Sylva Savoie), Jean-Paul (Dee) Sylvestre, Ernest Sylvestre, Nicole (Bernard Castanier), Daniel (Laura) Sylvestre, and Henriette Sylvestre (1961). Uncle of many nieces, nephews, and their spouses and children. Philippe was the former founder and owner of Stoney Pointe Tavern for 26 years. He was the original founder of Chez Nous Lodge and was successful in other business ventures. Philippe was a master of many trades, and was devoted to many endeavours. Family will receive friends at Annunciation Church, 7025 Tecumseh Road, Stoney Pointe on Friday, June 10, 2005 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Memorial Mass to immediately follow at Annunciation Church on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Dwayne Adams the celebrant. Cremation with interment in Annunciation Cemetery, Stoney Pointe. In lieu of flowers, donations by cheque to United Way of Chatham-Kent (Parkinson's Foundation) would be appreciated.
