BOISMIER, Evelyn (nee Malenfant) 80 years passed away at her late residence June 19, 2005. Predeceased by her late husband Gordon (1980) and the late Robert Potts (2002). Beloved mother of Joan & Andy Downes, Diane Ouellette & Al Flammia and Gary & Josie Boismier. Cherished grandmother of Terry & Vicky Downes, Rick & Jalianna Downes, Mike Downes, Ryan & Melanie Boismier, Josh Boismier & Jackie Smith. Great-grandmother of Danielle & Brianna Downes. Dear sister of Marie and the late Arthur Genette, Norman (Dorothy) Malanfant, Gladys and the late Cecil Beckerson, Henry (Dorothy) Malanfant. Fran Langlois and the late Captain A.J., Russell (Gerry) Malenfant, Don (Lorraine) Malenfant, Ron (Babette) Malenfant and predeceased by Janette (Raymond) Reaume, Isabelle Sorrell and Clarence Malenfant. Evelyn was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 143, Legion service will be held Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m. Family and friends will be received at the Janisse Bros-Marcotte Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Avenue (253-5225) on Tuesday from 7 to 9:00 p.m. & Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home Thursday, June 23, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery. As your expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. A tree will be planted in memory of Evelyn Boismier in the Janisse Bros-Marcotte Heritage Forest.
