CARTMILL, Walter George (Daniher) It is with much sadness that I announce the passing of childhood playmate, my baby cousin, Walter. Dear husband of Janice, on May 5, 2005 at the Shadow Lane Retirement Home in Orillia, Ontario. Walter was born and raised in Windsor, attended King George Public School and Walkerville Collegiate. At one time he was interested in chemistry, then took up making model airplanes, and they were beautiful. Only child of George and Neta Grace Cartmill. Nephew of W. Jesse Miller (our uncle T.T.). Both of us were former residents for a long time of the 1200 block of Gladstone Ave. Worked for the C.P.R. Telecommunications, and upon retirement, moved to Hawkstone, Ontario. Both of us had our little pets that brought us a lot of joy and pleasures beyond measure. I want to thank my friends from my church Heritage Park Alliance for their love and support and to my friends in my apartment building. You are all so special. Thank you to the caregivers who took such good care of him. Walter was laid to rest on Saturday, June 18, 2005 at Victoria Memorial Gardens beside his mom and dad and his beloved Uncle Ed and Auntie Zeta Pearl Daniher. I now have many Guardian Angels looking over me. Good-bye Honey, I love you and miss you so much. God be with you till we meet again. - Barbara Jean Daniher.
