Deepest gratitude to Dr. Osborn, Dr. Klassen and the staff of Leamington Hospital, their attention and care is so appreciated. At Mary's request a private service will be held at a future date. Cremation has taken place in Windsor. Memorial donations to Leamington Hospital Foundation or Windsor-Essex Humane Society would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements entrusted to C. Stuart Sykes Funeral Home, Kingsville. The best mother in the world I love you so deeply mother with all of my heart, It hurts me so deeply to know we are now apart. It happened so quickly like a summers night rain. How could we have known it would all come to an end. My best friend you were in more ways than one, we were always together living each day as though we were one. We thought the same thoughts and shared the same fears, we giggled and laughed and wiped away each other's tears. How could I repay you for all you have done? My friend till the end - my one in a million, Mum. I know we'll both be together in heaven one day, and you'll be there to greet me in your old familiar way. We'll laugh...we'll smile, then you'll say "come in and join me, I've been expecting your stay." But until that day comes, I want you to know that you are the best mother in the world and I still love you so. Loving you always and forever. --Your daughter Monica Published in the Windsor Star on 6/25/2005.
