BARSTOW, Mansel Indian Affairs & Northern Development Retired Peacefully at the Monfort Hospital, Monday, May 30, 2005 at the age of 62. Beloved husband of Judy. Loving father of Melinda. Dear brother of Sheila Edward (Hamish) of Carmylie, Scotland. Predeceased by his parents Madge and Mervyn Barstow. Cremation.
