CUMMINGS, John Alexander (Jack). Peacefully at St. Peter's Hospital, Hamilton on Sunday, June 5, 2005 in his eighty sixth year; beloved husband of Hazel; loving father of Christopher, Rick & his wife Brenda and Keith & his wife Christine; cherished grandfather of Laura, Hilary and Megan; dear brother of Kay Norsworthy & her husband Chuck and Eleanor Enright. A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Orangeville (Hwy # 10 & Cemetery Rd.) on Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at 1:30p.m. Reception to follow at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First St., Orangeville (519-941-1392). In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Jack may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
