FRASER, Effie Jane June 20, 1917 - June 5, 2005 Passed away in The Ottawa Civic Hospital on Sunday morning, Effie Fraser (nee Delahunt) of White Lake, Ontario in her 87th year. Beloved wife of Kenneth Fraser (March 4, 2005) and Robert A. Needham (1954). Dear mother of Gail (John) Ryan of Pakenham and Wayne Needham of White Lake. Predeceased by a daughter Dorothy Marshall. Dear grandmother of Colin (Laura) Deacon, James (Erika) Deacon, Judy (Mike) Campbell, Janet and Mark Marshall. Great-grandmother of Harley, Brooke, Tara and Julie. Dear sister of Henrietta "Toots" (late Glen) Barr of Arnprior and Gladys (David) Penney of Kinburn. Predeceased by sisters Mary (late Stuart) Needham, Margaret (late Edgar) Needham and brothers Richard, George (late Shirley) and John Delahunt. Sister-in-law of Ernestine "Tienie" Delahunt of Arnprior and Lorena Delahunt of Fitzroy Harbour. Resting at The Boyce Funeral Home Ltd, 138 Daniel Street North, Arnprior where friends may pay their respects on Tuesday 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be conducted in The Boyce Chapel, Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Bill Simons officiating. Interment St. Mark's Cemetery, Pakenham. In memoriams to St. Mark's Anglican Church appreciated by her family.
