GRAY, Ruth Louise (nee Cracknell) 1931 - 2005 Ruth died courageously at the Ottawa Heart Institute on June 8, 2005 at the age of seventy-four. Sadly she leaves behind her husband of fifty-one years, Douglas; daughters Brenda Gray, Judy Padbury (Dave), Sandra Padbury (Wayne) and son Terry Gray; her sister Helen Gow (Gordon) of Brighton; brother Robert Cracknell of Milton; sister-in-law Francis Cracknell of Ottawa; grandchildren Clayton and Kelly Ramnarine, Wesley and Trevor Padbury, Sarah Padbury, and many nieces and nephews. She will be sorely missed by members of two bowling leagues, several bridge clubs and friends and workers at St. Aidan's Anglican Church. Friends and relatives may visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road at Aviation Parkway, on Saturday and Sunday, June 11 & 12 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at St. Aidan's Anglican Church, 955 Wingate Drive, Ottawa, on Monday, June 13 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute in memory of Ruth would be appreciated.
