SMITH, Michael Arnold With broken hearts, we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Michael Smith of Orleans, at age 47. Cherished and loving soulmate of Manon Langlois. Dear stepdad of Stephanie and Marianne Longpre. Dear son of Patricia (MacKenzie) Smith Farrow and the late Arnold Smith. Dear brother of David (Nanci Chambers) of Los Angeles, James of Milton. Survived by his loving family in Ottawa: Rita & Henri Langlois, Renee (Gerard Cote), Marc (Christine Lacroix), Luc (Gunda Sommerfeld), Jean (Sandra Bauer), Joanne Larose (Carman McCauley). Michael leaves family & friends in Canada, the U.S.A. and the Bahamas. Funeral to be held in Toronto on June 11, 2005 with cremation to follow. A service in the presence of the ashes will be held in Ottawa, with date to be announced. Private burial in Ottawa.
