HAWLEY, Patricia Ann At the Cambridge Hospital on Friday, June 24, 2005 in her 66th year. Loving aunt of Debra Snow (Rob), Cathy Talbot (David), John Albert (Kim), Keith Albert (Pam). She is survived by her great nieces and great nephews Sherri-Lee, Amie, Kim, Chris, Matt, Jeff and Corey and great-great-nephew Nicholas. Predeceased by her mother Keitha, her father Wilbert, her sister Audrey (Albert) and brother-in-law Donald Albert. Sincere thank you to the home support, staff and nurses at Para Med; E.T. nurses and the nursing staff at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital for their special care of Pat. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Ontario Spina Bifida Association would be appreciated by the family. Memorial service to be held at St. Luke's United Church, 1620 Franklin Blvd. Cambridge on Tuesday, June 28, 2005 at 11 a.m. Private family service to be held in Ottawa at a later date.
