SHWEEDIC, CORA CATHERINE Cora Catherine (Fidler) Shweedic wife of the late Henry George Shweedic, passed away on Monday June 27, 2005 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital after a brief illness. Born November 16, 1923 she was the daughter of the late Sommers and Sarah Ann (Thompson) Fidler. She is survived by nieces, Leona (Christopher) Garvey and Cheryl (Roland) Dickinson both of Chipman; by Freda Best of Minto; by June Alexander of Fredericton; by nephews Michael (Darlene Knox) Fidler of Chipman and William Fidler of Fredericton; and by several great-nieces and great nephews. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband; her sisters Lena Best, Freda Woolley, Ida Osborne, Jean Brenner, Clara Fidler, and Edna Fidler; by brothers Wilfred, Burns and Elmer Fidler and by her niece Connie Bowen. The family will receive friends at the Chipman Funeral Home on Wednesday June 29, 2005 from 2-4 pm. and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Thursday June 30, 2005 from the Saint Augustines Anglican Church at 3 pm., with Rev. Eileen Irish officiating. Interment in the Red Bank United Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. [Daily Gleaner]
