Dwayne Lou Schurek October 22, 1958 - June 26, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Chapel On Sunday, June 26, 2005 Dwayne Schurek of Edmonton passed away at the age of 46 years. He is survived by his brother Dale (Susan) Schurek; nephews and nieces, Patricia (Danny) Dea, Sarah (Paul Danielson), Daniel, David and Mathew; great nephew Sean and great niece Kailey; and numerous uncles, aunties, cousins and loyal friends. He was predeceased by his parents Louie & Pauline Schurek. A prayer service will be held on Wednesday, June 29, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. also at Evergreen Funeral Chapel. Interment to follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
