James Patrick Swart January 18, 1922 - June 05, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Chapel On June 1, 2005 Jim Swart of Edmonton passed away after a lengthy courageous battle with cancer at the age of 58 years. Jim will be remembered by his two sons; Jamie (Jackie) and David, his brothers and sisters; Pat (Jack) Raymond, Ray (Anne), Archie, Leonard, Valerie Raymond, Mary (George) Dufour, and Jeannie Swart (Bill), as well as other numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Jim was predeceased by his parents Gordon and Marie Swart. A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 6, 2005 at 2:00 p.m., at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton.
