Hazel Louise WILSON

Hazel Louise Lyman 1915-2005 Hazel Louise Lyman, 90, of Grass Home, Riverview, formerly of Riverside-Albert passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2005 at The Moncton City Hospital. Hazel was born in Lovel, Maine on May 9, 1915 the daughter of the late William and Ethel (Cleveland) Wilson. Hazel was a member of the West River United Church and The United Church Women, she also belonged to the Friendship Senior Citizens Club in Riverside-Albert. She was very active in her community, always willing to help in any way she could. Hazel was not the type of woman who would give up, if she wanted something done. She would make it happen. She also had a love of animals especially dogs, cats and horses. Her most important role was being a wife and mother. She was always very proud of her daughters and their families. She will be deeply missed by her three daughters, Sylvia Stevens (Merrill) of Lower Cape, Vivian Hoar (George) of Riverside-Albert, Glenda Wright of Riverview; her sister, Elra Cairns of St. Stephen; and half-sister, Winnie Cole of Alberta; her 17 precious grandchildren ; and 32 greatgrandchildren. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Judson Lyman; daughter, Maxine Bennett; half-sister, Hilda Meyer. She will be resting at the Albert County Funeral Home with visitation on Wednesday evening, July 6, 2005 from 7 to 9pm. The funeral service will be held at the Albert County Funeral Home on Thursday, July 7, 2005 at 2pm with Rev. Val Chongva officiating. Interment will be held in the Waterside Cemetery, Waterside, NB. Donations to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
