Ruth SILLIPHANT

HEANS, RUTH Z. - The death of Ruth (Silliphant) Heans, wife of the late James Heans, occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on July 6, 2005. Born in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late, William and Jessie (Anderson) Silliphant. Survived by two daughters; Sandra (Allen) Morris of Gondola Point, and Frances of Saint John; two sons: Beverly (Brenda) Heans of Long Reach; Ronald (Margie) Heans of Gondola Point; survived by one brother: Frank Silliphant of Florida, U.S.A; ten grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by three brothers John, Walter, and William; four sisters Bertha Lattimer, Alice Cox, Audrey Wheaton, and Helen Saunders. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, (634-7424). The memorial service will be held on Saturday July 9th, 2005 in Brenan's Chapel at 11 am. Prior to the memorial service there will be visitation from 9-11 am. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery following the service.
