David Middleton June 08, 1951 - July 05, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Howard & Mcbride Westlawn Chapel & Cemetery On Tuesday, July 5, 2005, the gentle soul of David Middleton of Edmonton left us at the age of 54. He will be lovingly remembered by brothers Brian, Dean (Jo-Anne) and Todd (Evelyn); sisters Terri (Jim) Jardine, Celeste Sawyer and Beatrice Craig; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Dave has travelled home to be with his parents, Jeanne and Mickey. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 16 at the Chapel of Howard & McBride Westlawn, 16310 Stony Plain Road, Edmonton.
