Gojko "George" Perdich August 24, 1919 - July 12, 2005 Funeral arrangements by L. G. Wallace Funeral Home Unexpectedly, on Tuesday, July 12, 2005, in his 86th year. Beloved husband of the late Mathilde (1986). Loving father of Mirko and Nada, and Nenad (Len) and Carol. Proud Deda of Sanja, Neso and Daniel. Dear uncle of Veljko and Milica, great-uncle of Savo and Andjelija and brother-in-law of Wilhemine Kirchberger of California. He will be sadly missed by many other family, kumovi and friends in Canada and abroad. George was a retiree of Steel Workers Local 67 after many years of dedicated service. The family will receive relatives and friends at the L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa Street North (905-544-1147) on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Pomen Service at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Service from St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, 1415 Barton Street East on Saturday at 9 a.m. Interment at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
