BURNETT, Helen Doris (nee Bailey), Peacefully, on Thursday, June 23rd, 2005 at Gilmore Lodge in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Walter (2002). Loving mother of Shirley (Bert) Pomeroy and the late Doris (1992) West and her husband Jack (2005) . Dear grandmother of Stephen (Susan), Kristen (Ken), Cynthia (David), John (Pamela) and Amy. Great grandmother of Hannah, Kaylee, Joanna, Josiah, Victoria, Matthew (Trudy), Sheena, Edward, Leah, Abigail and great great grandmother of Nicole, Jacob a nd Luke. Predeceased by her brother Bill Bailey. Helen was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in Thorold. The family will receive friends at the KARL A. HAMMOND FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold on Sunday from 2-4 and 79 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at First Baptist Church (42 Ormond St. S. Thorold) on Monday, June 27th at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Fonthill.
