Archie Gilmour December 21, 1947 - July 21, 2005 Funeral arrangements by L. G. Wallace Funeral Home After a hard-fought battle with cancer, peacefully passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2005, in his 58th year, to at last be with the love of his life, best friend and soulmate, the late Bernice. Dearly loved by his children Lynn Murphy, Archie and Kari Gilmour, "Penny", and Natalie and Don. Very proud Pappa of Jimmy and Michael, TyTy, Jessie, Shanae and Farrell. Much loved brother to Carol and the late Dave, Linda and Dave, Wally, Sandy, Steve and Dianne. Brother-in-law to Lise and Bob, Luci and Doug, Nicole and Howard, Denis and Millie, the late Gilles and Madeline and Bob and Judy. Predeceased by his parents Iris and Archibald. Son-in-law to the late Angeline and Roger, and a very, very generous uncle to many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place. Please join all of Dad's family and friends in the celebration of his life to be held on Monday, July 25, 2005 from 7-10 p.m. at the RHLI, 1353 Barton St. E. 905-545-4611. Strict dress code is in effect - shorts and jeans only! And bring your stories! If so desired, a donation to the ALS Society of Ontario would be appreciated by the family. We would like to thank all his friends and family who were there for our Dad when he was down and felt alone without our Mom. A big thank you to the HVAC crew at Dofasco for all that you guys did for him. He loved you all. Well guys, the shop manager has "BAGGED" his last bottle of "MAGIC" for the last time. Thanks boys.
