Public General Campus in his 68th year. Dear husband of Linda Handsor. Beloved father of Melva Detailleur and husband Mark of Chatham. Step father of Richard Jefferson and wife Gretta of Chatham, Melvin Jefferson and companion Debbie of Sudbury, Charles Jefferson and wife Laurie of Ridgetown, Timothy Brown and wife Cathy of Chatham, Tom Brown and companion Alisha of Chatham, Isabella Steele and husband Levi of Windsor. Grandfather of 25 and great grandfather of 20. Mahlon loved to fish and will forever be remembered as the King of the BBQ. The family will receive friends and relatives Monday, July 25, 2005 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Bowman Funeral Home, 4 Victoria Ave. (352-2390). A Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, July 26, 2005 from First Baptist Church, 135 King St. East at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery.
