Doreen L. Terris, R.N. BOUNDARY CREEK, NB - Doreen L. Terris, 71, of Boundary Creek, surrounded by her family passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Saturday, July 23, 2005. Born in Moncton, Doreen was the daughter of the late Rene and Clara (Lauder) Steeves. Doreen was a member of Mount Royal United Church and was a retired Registered Nurse at The Moncton Hospital. She was a graduate of The Moncton Hospital School of Nursing, first graduating class in 1954. She formerly taught clinical nursing at the PEI Hospital and the Charlottetown Hospital, and was a member of The Moncton Hospital School of Nursing Alumnae and the Moncton Hospital Nurses Health Care Auxiliary. Doreen enjoyed baking, curling, knitting, especially mittens and caps for infants at The Moncton Hospital, and was very close to her former classmates and especially her family. Doreen will be sadly missed by her husband of 50 years, Harvey Terris; her sons, Peter (Laura Mitchell), Dartmouth and Michael, Halifax; twin brother, Douglas Steeves (Arlene), Moncton, Gerald Steeves (Joan), Amherst; sister, Carole McNulty (Harold), Toronto; several nieces and nephews. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral Service at Mount Royal United Church Wednesday, July 27, 2005, 11am, Rev.
