FLOOKS, THOMAS JOSEPH - Of Meehans Cove Rd., Quispamsis, NB., passed away at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Thursday July 21st, 2005. Born in Dalhousie, NB. on April 25th, 1931. He was the son of the late Harry and Beatrice (Jones) Flooks. Besides his parents Thomas was predeceased by a brother Billy and two sisters Irene and Bernett. Thomas is survived by his loving wife Mary of 45 years, daughter Betty Mish, two brothers Archie, and Ronnie and a sister Edna, grandchildren Ruth and Freddy and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, brothersin-law and sisters-in-law. His career was at CN until his retirement. In his earlier years he was an avid fisherman and hunter, his passion was going to any and all flea markets where he met many, many special friends, he also had a great talent of playing music on his fiddle. Funeral arrangements for Mr. Flooks are under the professional care of Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Road Saint John, NB (646-2424). By Thomas's request there will be no visitations at the funeral home. A Memorial service will be held on Thursday July 28th, 2005 at 10 am from St. Marks Catholic Church in Quispamsis.
