Marilyn Ethel VanSnick August 09, 1944 - July 25, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Campbell's Funeral Home Marilyn Ethel VanSnick age 60 of Lower Maccan, N.S. passed away Monday, July 25, 2005 at the Dr. Georges-L Dumont Hospital, Moncton, N.B. Born in Amherst, she was a daughter of the late William and Leona (Gould) Sprague. Marilyn and her husband Louis enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening together. Marilyn is survived by her loving husband Louis of 20 years; one daughter Annette Balkam and son Gary Balkam both of Moncton N.B; sister Alberta (Bobby) Foster of Amherst and brother Les (Betty) Sprague of Halifax N.S; granddaughter Jessica MacDonald of Moncton N.B.; several nieces, nephews and extended family. She was predeceased by one sister Roberta Grace and one brother William Bradley. Cremation has taken place. A private graveside service will take place at a later date in the Amherst Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations in Marilyn's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements are entrusted to Campbell’s Funeral Home, Amherst, (667-9906) www.campbells-amherst.ca
