Jacob "Jack" VanSydenborgh January 22, 1936 - July 27, 2005 Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Burlington on Wednesday, July 27, 2005 Jack VanSydenborgh was called home to the LORD at the age of 68 years. Beloved husband of Elisabeth "Betsie" VanSydenborgh (nee Knooihuizen) and loved father of Debbie and Andy Blokker and Leona and Mike Marchese. Dear Grandpa of Christopher, Lisa, Kaitlyn, Joshua, Michaela, Natassje, and Dylan. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Winston and Betty VanSydenborgh, Rhea and Len Hordyk, Helen and the late Peter Brouwer, Catherine and Charlie Zietsma, Ann and the late Edward Ludwig, Diane and Reinder Baarda (Oscar Werkman, predeceased), Helen and Wayne VanSydenborgh, Marje and John Stieva, Roelie and Fred Carter, and Bill Knooihuizen, as well as uncle to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Albertus and Lammigje VanSydenborgh and infant brothers Henk and Jacob and sister Lammie.
