Hermann Joseph Stenz May 08, 1924 - July 25, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Regina Funeral Home STENZ – Hermann Joseph. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather, Hermann on July 25, 2005 at Sunset Extendicare with his family by his side. Hermann was predeceased by his parents Josef and Katharina and by his twin sister Edeltrut. Hermann is survived by his wife Annegrete; sons Harvey (Rhonda) and Michael (Barbara); grandsons Robyn and Scott; and great grandson Austin. He is also survived by his brother Johannes (Cacilie) and their family as well his brother-in-law Hans (Helga) Storck and their family. Hermann was born in Niedermendig, Germany on May 8, 1924 and immigrated to Canada in 1951. He found his way to Regina where he settled. It was here that he met and married his wife of 50 years, Annegrete. He enjoyed a 34-year career with McGavin’s. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff and residents of Sunset Extendicare for the love, care and compassion shown to Hermann and his family during his time with them. A FUNERAL SERVICE in loving memory of Hermann will be held at the Regina Funeral Home, Hwy - 1 East, Regina, SK on Friday, July 29, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, friends so wishing may make donations in Hermann’s memory to Family Support of Extendicare Sunset, 260 Sunset Drive, Regina, SK S4S 2S3.
