Louise McNorton (née Randall) July 11, 1914 - July 26, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Marcotte Funeral Home & Chapel (Tecumseh) McNorton, Louise Peacefully on July 26, 2005 at the age of 91.Beloved wife of the late Joseph (Harry) McNorton (1971). Loving mother of Dorothy and husband Bert Gauthier of Belle River, Virginia Forsythe of Tecumseh, Linda and husband Ray Drouillard of Sault Ste. Marie. Dear Mémé to Cheryl Gravel and Sandy Mac Eachern, Debbie and Tom Bell, Gerry and Camiel Gevaert, Beverly Gauthier and John Sylvestre,Bernadette and Dave Ruggaber, Sheila and John Deziel, Sharron and John Kwaitkowski, Tom Forsythe and Denise, Angela (and the late Mike) Knight, Dawn Marie and Mike St. Jules, Tammy and Trevor Deans and the late Paul Gauthier (2003) , 24 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. Dear sister of Alice Lariviere of Tecumseh and Wilfred Randall and wife Shirley of Belle River. Predeceased by her parents Walter and Celina Randall, two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Also predeceased by brothers and sisters Beatrice Major, Irene Farr, Eugene, Leo, Raymond, Rose May Lariviere, Joseph, Marie McNorton, Irene and Doug Farr. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Louise was a former member of the Tecumseh Golden Age. Visitation will be held at the Marcotte Funeral Home and Chapel 12105 Tecumseh Road, Tecumseh (735-2830) on Thursday, July 28 from 2 pm Until 9 p.m. with parish prayers at 8 p.m.. Visitation will continue at St. William Church, Emeryville on Friday, July 29, 2005 from 10 a.m. until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m.with Fr. James Chaseley celebrant. Interment St. Anne Cemetery, Tecumseh. In kindness memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Diabetes Wellness Centre would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Louise McNorton in the Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held on September 25, 2005. All are welcome.
