COVEY, Dorothy Yvonne 1922 - 2005 Peacefully on Thursday, June 30th, 2005 at the age of 83. Yvonne was the oldest daughter of William and Dorothy Chester and was raised in Toronto, Ontario. She married her handsome love Dr. Ross George Covey, a Dental Officer in the Canadian Military. Yvonne, Ross and their son Michael lived at various military placements in Canada and Europe until their retirement to Ottawa. Sadly Lt. General Ross Covey passed away soon after his retirement. Yvonne's natural artistic and interior decorating skills turned every military and retirement house into a home of exquisite taste and flair. She was always proud of how she was able to accomplish this on a budget and from bolts or scraps of fine cloth. Yvonne not only had a passion for art, but also for her feline companions which she adored and pampered. Yvonne's sense of humour and warmth will be greatly missed by her son Michael of Burlington, Ontario, her sister Charmion Dennys of Port Hope, Ontario and her nieces Pamela Klipper of Red Deer, Alberta, Christine Rebus of Camrose, Alberta and Nicola Dennys of Parry Sound, Ontario and her seven great-nieces and nephews.
