BIGELOW, Cecil At the Ottawa Heart Institute on Friday, July 15, 2005, at the age of 70. Loving husband of Helen. Dear father of Debbie (Rheal Bazinet), Colleen, Michael (Heather), David (Sal) and Kathy (Steve Horne). Proud grandfather of Steven, Jennifer, Tracey, Tom, Joshua, Samantha, Nicholas and Noah, and great-grandfather of Tanner. At his request there will be no visitation. A private service will be held.
