SHESTOFF, Galina. Born in Harbin on June 15, 1922, Galina passed away peacefully on July 12, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Boris Shestoff and daughter of the late Zinovia and Fedor Safronoff, she will be dearly missed by her daughters Ludmilla Windle and Lana Georgieff, and grandchildren Christopher, Adrian and Rita. She will also be lovingly remembered by her sisters Larissa Stepanoff and Tatiana Shatkovsky and her nieces and nephew in Sao Paolo, Brazil, along with extended family and friends. The family expresses their gratitude to her caregivers at the Henri-Bradet Centre for their loving care and compassion. Panachyda and visitation on Sunday, July 17 at 7 p.m. at the St. Nicholas Cathedral (422 St. Joseph Blvd, Outremont). Funeral mass will be held on Monday, July 18 at 1:30 p.m. at the cathedral, then to Mount Royal Cemetery, followed by a reception at Mount Royal Funeral Complex (1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont, 279-6540).
