Ronald James QUINN

QUINN, Ronald James. Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, fought with courage and dignity, on July 16, 2005, at the early age of fifty. Beloved son of Iona Cameron and the late James (Buzzy) Quinn. Dearest brother of Barbara, Donald (Elena), Douglas (Brenda); cherished uncle of Matthew, Timothy, Michael, Samantha, Calista, and Cameron; and dearest nephew of Rose and Jack White. He will be sadly missed by many relatives and wonderful friends, both in Montreal and Vancouver. There will be a visitation in the presence of the ashes from 1-2:30 p.m. with a Memorial Service to follow at 2:30 p.m. of Friday, July 22nd at Burquitlam Funeral Home, 625 North Road, Coquitlam. A Memorial service will also be held in Montreal at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated. The family would like to thank the wonderful caregivers in Vancouver and all the nurses of the palliative care unit at Burnaby General Hospital. Published in the Montreal Gazette on 7/19/2005
