Barbara Anne PRINCE

STAPLEY, Barbara Anne (nee Prince) Formerly of Sterling, Ontario Peacefully with her family by her side after a lengthy illness, in hospital at Carleton Place, Ontario on Monday, July 18, 2005, at the age of 73 years. Beloved wife of the late Grant Stapley. Loving mother of Cheryl Brady (late Ron) of Fraserville, David (Jackie) and Lee-Ann Legault (Guy) all of Carleton Place. Dear and devoted grandmother, whose grandchildren Matthew, Michael and Lauren were the joy of her life. She will be sadly missed by her sister Nancy Coates, many nieces and nephews and her best friend Buddy. Predeceased by her mother Dorothy Prince and her sister Bev Lloyd. Friends may call at the ALAN R. BARKER FUNERAL HOME, 19 McArthur Avenue, Carleton Place on Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 11 a.m. with Reverend Blair Corcoran officiating. Reception to follow. Interment Eggleton Cemetery, Stirling, Ontario at 3 p.m. Donations to the Carleton Place Hospital Foundation, Lung Association or the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
