FORKHEIM, Trudy (Gertrude) Unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 20, 2005 at the age of 63 years. Daughter of the late Michael Forkheim and Cecilia Stahl. She will be sadly missed by her loving children Carol (Glen) Harper, Paul (Gisele) Trudeau and Christine (Jo) Trudeau. She will also be missed by her dear grandchildren Gregory, Michel, Isabelle and Quinn. A special thank you to Father Vu and the staff at St-Vincent's Hospital (2C) and the MS Society, Ottawa Chapter. Memorial service will be held on Friday July 22nd, 2005 in the chapel of Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal Rd, Ottawa (241-3680) at 2 p.m. For those wishing, memorial donations may be made to the Ms Society, Ottawa Chapter.
