JASIEWICZ, Lucjan Died suddenly on July 17, 2005 at Lakeshore General Hospital leaving family and friends in Poland, Canada, England, Spain, Romania, and Italy. He will be sadly missed by all. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday July 26 2005 at 2 p.m. in the Resurrection Chapel of the Crematorium at Notre Dame des Neiges Cemetery 4601 Cote des Neiges Road, Montreal. ( Entering Cemetery follow the dotted white line to the Crematorium). In lieu of flowers donations to the CLSC Lac St. Louis, 180 Cartier Avenue, Pointe-Claire Quebec. H9S 4S1 would be appreciated. After the service, a reunion for all family and friends has been arranged at Collins Clarke Funeral Home 222 Highway 20 (exit 49 Cartier, Pointe Claire) to give everyone a chance to meet and reflect.
