GAZDA, Otto Jan At the Ottawa General Hospital after a lengthy illness on Sunday, July 24, 2005 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Vera, loving father of Paul (Julie) and Jana (Bruce). Cherished grandfather of Sarah-Jane, Gus, Alison, John-Paul and Max. A celebration of his life will be held at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue. at Richmond Road on July 30, 2005 at 2:30 p.m. A special thank you to Dr. Esche and his team at the Ottawa Cancer Clinic for their compassionate care.
