FRASER, Ruth Ethleen (nee Best) Peacefully, in hospital, wife of Dr. John T.M. Fraser, died July 27th, 2005 in her 90th year. She was predeceased by her parents William L. and Clara Best; her sisters and brother; Lolita (Ted Shead), Gertrude (Frank Fortune), Mildred (Wellington Mitchell), Leslie Best (Clare) and Evelyn; and by a daughter Nancy Claire. Surviving her are her loving husband of 62 years, her daughter Laurie, her son Andrew (Carol) and her granddaughters Alison (Nathan Baron) and Elizabeth. Lovingly remembered by an extended family of nieces and nephews. The family's thanks and appreciation are extended to Drs. Syme and Russell and the nursing staff of the Fourth Floor of the Queensway Carleton Hospital. Friends may visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 150 Woodroffe Avenue at Richmond Road on Friday July 29th, 2005 from 11 a.m. until service in the chapel at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
