Richard "Paws" George Wilkins January 03, 1964 - August 03, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Lindsay's Windsor Funeral Home * WILKINS……Richard George “Paws” age 41, of Falmouth, Hants County, passed away on Wednesday, August 3, 2005, in Lockhartville, Kings County. Richard was born on January 3, 1964, in Windsor, Hants County, Nova Scotia, Richard was employed for over 20 years, at the Michelin Plant, Waterville. He was an avid fisherman, loving the outdoors and his camp at Panuke Lake. He also enjoyed boating, hunting and camping. Besides his mother, Marion (Brown) Wilkins, Falmouth; his father, George Wilkins and step-mother, Sheila Gregory, Falmouth; he is also survived by his children, Amy and Cody, both of Falmouth; sister, Kathy (David) Wilkins-Phillips, Windsor Back Road; maternal grandmother, Mae (Schofield) Brown, Avonport; niece, Tamara Wilkins; nephews, Michael Ernest; Brett and Dave Phillips; several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Clarence Brown; paternal grandparents, John and Annie (Tracey) Wilkins. Cremation has taken place. No visitation by request. A funeral service will be held, 2 p.m. Sunday, August 7, 2005, in the Chapel of Lindsay’s Windsor Home, 194 King Street, with Pastor Craig Faulkner officiating. Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hants West Wildlife Association.
