HALLETT, HILDA ANNIE Hilda Annie (Greer) Hallett, passed away peacefully at Reta's Retreat in Burton on Sunday, September 11th, 2005. Born May 28th, 1916, the daughter of the late Ruth Perley & Charles Greer. Growing up in Charter's Settlement prepared her well for the farming life she shared with her husband, the late Theodore Hallett, in Douglas. She was predeceased by two brothers Waldo & Harley and one sister Inez. She will be greatly missed by her sons Brian (Barb) and Jim (Bonny) as well as her grand daughters Heather & Erin and grand sons Jeff Hoyt (Danielle), Jon Hoyt-Hallett (Jill) and Jason. Sharing in their loss are Hilda's brother Royden (Gwen) and sisters Lita Reavie (Ken) & Muriel Crosby. No visitation by request. The funeral service will be on Tuesday September 13th, 2005 at 2pm at Douglas Baptist Church. There will be a reception following the service at the church. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice. The Internment will be at Dayton Cemetery at a later date.
