Reg Robertson April 01, 1918 - September 11, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Fair Haven Funeral Home It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Reg. Robertson at the age of 87. He died very suddenly and peacefully at the Moncton City Hospital on September 11, 2005 with his daughter at his side. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. He was born on April 1st, 1918 in Thorburn Pictou Co. NS. Reg. transferred to Moncton with CNR where he worked in the accounting department until his retirement. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Marion (MacDonald) Robertson, a son, Ervin (Brenda) of Ingonish, NS and daughter, Faye Robertson (Rocky) of Moncton. Marion resides at Camden Park Terrace and Reg. Resided at peoples’ Park Tower where they shared many good friends and lots of good times. With respect to Reg’s wishes there will be no public visitation or funeral service. Reg. asked that his friends and family remember him privately. Following cremation a private family graveside service will be held in Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a memorial of the donor‘s choice.
