Mr. Mark Austin Nickerson October 06, 1944 - September 12, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Castle Funeral Home-Fallsview Chapel Nickerson; Mark Austin : At the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, September 12, 2005, Mark A. Nickerson, husband of the late Mabel Morgan, died unexpectedly. Born in England, he is the son of Kathleen (Bardon) Nickerson and the late Walton Nickerson. He worked as a furniture restorer for a number of years with Peter Claessen & Sons Ltd. in South Bay. Mark also belonged to the R.C.L., Branch 69 as an associate member and enjoyed getting together at the branch for a game of darts, also one of his favorite pastimes was "Washer Toss" in the backyard with the boys. In addition to his mother, Mark is survived by his only sister Maura (Brian) Collier, brother-in-law Gerald (Betty Ann) Kindred, step-children Rosanne Stone, Charlotte (Michael) Morgan, Allison (Darlene) Morgan, Raymond (Dianne) Morgan, Everett (Sally) Morgan, special granddaughter Lisa (Art) Nice, eleven step-grandchildren, three step-great grandchildren, as well as: several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. Along with his father and wife Mabel, Mark was also predeceased by his sister Pamela. Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave., (634-1701) with visiting Wednesday evening 7-9 pm and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, September 16, 2005 from Our Lady of the Assumption Church at 12 o'clock. Interment in Ocean View Memorial Garden.
