Cecil’s life revolved around his family and his ministry as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He was an avid handyman and gardener who loved to share his garden vegetables with friends and neighbors. He had a keen sense of humor and liked to joke around with everyone he met. He had a passion for traveling in his motor home throughout Canada and the U.S. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 17, 2005 at the Kingdom Hall, East Side, 1060 Wolever Ave., at 1:00 p.m. and burial with reception to follow at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Cecil looked forward to the fulfillment of the scripture at Revelation 21:4 “ And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Until then he has “…fallen asleep” (1 Corinthians 15:6)
