Mrs. Sybil Magnusson (née Raincock) February 17, 1913 - August 04, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Richmond Funeral Home Born in Gladstone, Manitoba on February 17th, 1913. Passed away peacefully in The Richmond Hospital on August 4th, 2005.p>Sybil was predeceased by her loving husband Allan, of 65 years (February 14th, 2005); her sisters, May, Muriel, Ethel, Eileen, Phyllis, Ruth and Marjorie; and her 2 brothers, Cyril and Alexander. She will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, brother-in-law and her sister-in-law throughout Canada and the United States. Sybil lived in Winnipeg and Montreal until Allan retired and they moved to Richmond in 1978. Sybil was a good friend, a wonderful homemaker and a lady always. She enjoyed her garden, sewing, knitting and crafts. Earlier, with Allan, they enjoyed golf, bridge, bowling and traveling extensively. The family wish to thank Dr. Tenby and the staff of Holy Family Hospital and Minoru Residence 2W for the kind and compassionate care given to Sybil. Cremation. A Celebration of Life service for both Allan and Sybil will be held by the family at a later time.
