Claude Allison Jones BELLEVILLE, ON - Claude Allison Jones in his 87th year, born in Steeves Mountain, New Brunswick, living in Belleville, Ontario passed away at the Quinte Health Care, Belleville on August 10, 2005. Leaving his wife of 66 years, Arlene Jones (Murray); Children, Gail Farr (Harold), Garnet Jones (Sharon), Gary Jones (Jackie); Grandchildren, Kimberley Farr, Tina DeVries (Andrew), Allison Farr (Joanne), Billy Farr (Kimberely), Michael Jones (Kathy), Rodney Jones (Maryanne), Jamie Cox, Donald Carpenter, Tammy James, Tracey James; Great grandchildren Robert , BJ, Cashelle, Emily, Anthony, Kolby, Kaitlyn, Kayla, Joshua, Caleb, Joel and Sarah; Sisters-in-law, Marjory Wortman, Audrey Lewis, Phyllis Murray, Joyce Cochrane; Brothers-in-law, Lorne Wortman, Moody Lewis, Arnold Murray; and predeceased by his Mother and Father and one brother, Harrison. He also leaves many nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Salisbury Masonic Lodge, Royal Canadian Legion, Madoc, Branch #363, CN Pensioners Assoc. and the Steeves Mountain Baptist Church. He was a Veteran of the 2nd World War serving overseas. Friends are invited to attend visitation at BURKE FUNERAL HOME on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, August 13, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. He will be cremated and interment will be at a later date.
