FOLKINS, LEWIS EARL - "Lew" Lewis Earl Folkins of Truro, NS, passed away at his residence on August 12, 2005 at the age of 60. Born in Pleasant Ridge, NB on October 22, 1944, he was the son of the late J. Arthur and Gertrude (Arnold) Folkins. Lew is survived by his beloved wife Doris (Lynch); two daughters, Susan Folkins of Sussex, Sally Folkins-Molnar (Jason) of Elmsdale, NS; his son Scott Folkins of Truro, NS; six grandchildren; two sisters, Nancy Hornbrook (Ronald) of Mt. Middleton, Sarah Darling (Arnold) of Roachville; four brothers, Grant (Joyce) of Saint John, Lorne (Alice) of Sussex, Bill (Mildred) of Pleasant Ridge, Steven (Doreen) of Nauwigewauk; as well as several nieces and nephews. Lew was predeceased by his sister, Laura and by his brother John. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). At Lewis' request there will be no visitation. The Funeral Service will be from Wesley United Church, Berwick on Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at 2:00 pm. Interment at Berwick Cemetery.
