Darrell George Crossman 1945 - 2005 Darrell George Crossman, 60, of Moncton and formerly of Edgett's Landing passed away on August 13, 2005 at The Moncton City Hospital. Darrell was born in Saint John the son of the late Frank and Eunice (Steeves) Crossman. Darrell was a jack of all trades and especially enjoyed woodworking, farming and gardening. Above all things he treasured times spent with his family and friends. He was very proud of his granddaughter, Abigail and his face would light up whenever she came in the room, he was a very special Papa. He will be remembered for his stories and for his great sense of humour. He will never be forgotten. He will be missed by his wife, Darla; daughter, Amy Crossman; son, Sam Crossman (Maxine); and precious granddaughter, Abigail all of Moncton; an aunt, Elva Steeves of Hillsborough; several cousins and nieces and nephews and many friends. He will be resting at the Albert County Funeral Home with visitation on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The Funeral Service will be held at the Albert County Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at 2pm with Pastor Leonard Geldart officiating. Interment will be held in the Grey's Island Cemetery, Hillsborough. The family will be meeting with relatives and friends following the service at the funeral home for further sharing of memories and refreshments. Donations to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital or to the charity of the donor's choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
