Beloved father of Sara and Sherri-Lynn. Loving son of Tony and Joanne Tinus (nee Palmer), of Tecumseh. Dear grandson of Mary Tinus and the late Fred; and Cameron and Eva Palmer, of New Brunswick. Great-grandson of Helen Thorne, of New Brunswick. Dear brother of Tim and Wendy, of Chatham and Mark, of Victoria, B.C. Dear nephew of Paul and Irma Tinus, Fred and Denise, Hildegard and Lance Ashe-Payne, Steve and Roberta Tinus, the late John(2003), Elaine Chadwick, Gary Palmer and will be remembered by many cousins. Jeff was a Ford employee and enjoyed helping his many friends with their building projects.
