KENNEDY, GERARD MARC Gerard M. Kennedy of Temperance Vale passed away August 18, 2005 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born at St. Marc-du-Lac-Long, Quebec in 1948, he was a son of Alma (Belanger) Kennedy and the late André Kennedy. Gerard was employed as a woodworker and he loved his time spent working in the woods. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with his family. Gerard is survived by his wife of 37 years, Nicole (Gosselin) Kennedy; his mother of Quebec; one son, Marc Kennedy (Angela), Temperance Vale; two daughters, Caroline Bourque (Doug) and Véronique Kennedy, both of Woodstock; five grandchildren, Alex and Jenna Kennedy, Matthew and Natasha Bourque and Amanda Dawn Tucker; five brothers, Gerald Kennedy, Réal Kennedy, Lucien Kennedy (Pauline), Albert Kennedy and Marcel Kennedy (Guylaine); six sisters, Claudette Martin, Marie-Andrée (Maurice Dumont), Georgette (Roger Boutht), Ginette (Guildo Nadeau), Simone (Paul-Emile Lévesque) and Suzanne (Blondin Plourde); several nieces and nephews. Although there will be no visiting hours, friends are welcome to attend a Memorial Mass to be held at St. Simon and St. Jude Church, 199 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Monday, August 22, 2005 at 11 a.m. Father Dan Melanson officiating. Interment in St. Simon and St. Jude Cemetery. A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall. For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Gerard, the family has suggested the Louise Breau Memorial Medical Trust Fund.
