Donald G. Mitton Donald G. Mitton, 80, of Moncton passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Monday, August 22, 2005. Born in Moncton he was the son of the late Gilbert and Cora (Bell) Mitton. Don was retired from CNR Shops paint dept. with 38 years service, attended Wesley Memorial United Church, was a member of the B.R.C.A. #245 and was a Veteran of the Second World War, served with the Canadian Army. He enjoyed cars, music and watching television. Don is survived by his son, Gregory Mitton M.D. (Susan Kennedy), New York, NY; grandchildren, Andrew, Julian, Simone, Desiree and Isabeaux; one brother, Ivan (Hazel), Moncton; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife, June (Richardson) Mitton (October 1996); one brother, Everett. No visitation by request. Private family graveside service to be held at Fairhaven Memorial Gardens. In Don's memory, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
