Mary, beloved mother of Karen (Richard Sabourin), Elspeth (Michael Cadman), Susan (Trevor Duckett), Kathy (Paul Stos), Alec (Elly), Janet (Stephen Galbraith) and Robert. Cherished Nana of Nadine, Luc, Sebastien, Rachael, Ellen, Kevin, Kyle, Aaron, Taylor, Valerie, Heather, Caleigh, Nathan, eagerly awaited twins (Fric and Frac), the late Emma Cadman, and great Nana of Olivier, Camille, and Antoine. Dear sister of Bruce Blackwood (Mavis), Beth (Fred Leech), and Robert Blackwood. Beloved Aunt Mary of Maureen, Bret, Bruce, and of the late David and Great Aunt of Grace. Lifelong friend of Nancy Cook and beloved friend to so many others. Mary will be remembered for her love of Harry Potter, Hammy the Hamster and her love of people.
