Mrs. Beulah Venetta Glode July 19, 1928 - August 22, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Campbell's Funeral Home Beulah Venetta Glode age 77, of Nappan, N.S. passed away Monday, August 22, 2005 at Cumberland Regional Health Care Center, Upper Nappan, N.S. Born in Amherst Head, she was a daughter of the late Vaughan and Verlyn ( Bugley) Chapman. Beulah had a passion for quilting which was recognized world wide. In her younger years she worked for Suttles and Seawinds in New Germany, the Maritime Pant Factory, Murphy's Manufacturing and Playtex in Amherst. Beulah is survived by three daughters Deborah Atkinson (Darrell) and Judy Glode both of Amherst and Sharon Charette (Mark) of Toronto, ON, three sons Donald of Calgary, Tom (Brenda) and David (Michelle) both of Amherst, eleven grandchildren James McKay, Vaughn and Shaun Atkinson, Patricia, Angela, Joseph and Chris Jr. Manship and Johnathan and Janica Glode and Amanda and Dylan, two great grandchildren Nikki and Gabrielle and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband James, one daughter Carolyn and one brother Gary. Cremation has taken place. Her family will receive visitors at Campbell's Funeral Home, Amherst (667-9906) on Thursday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 26, 2005 at 2 p.m. from Campbell's Chapel. Interment will take place in the Amherst Head Cemetery.
